About the tour

Whether you have a long flight ahead of you or behind you, an afforable Rome airport transfer is the best option for your peace of mind and comfort.

Rome has two major airports: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino Airport) and G.B. Pastine (Ciampino Airport) located outside the city center, with Fiumicino Airport located about 30-45 minutes away and Ciampino Airport about 20-30 minutes away.

We offer single transfers either two or from either Airport or round trip transfers. When booking, you can select which option best meets your needs. All transfers are made in a comfortable Mercedes Class V Van with a professional, courteous English-speaking driver. Prices are valid for pick up or drop off locations located within the Aurelian Walls of Rome only. For transfers to or from locations outside of the Aurelian Walls, please contact us directly for a quote. 

All airport transfers are booked on an on request basis only and will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving your booking request. In the event that we are unable to honor your booking your card will not be charged and you will be notified.

When booking please provide the following information in the 'Special Requirements' field:

  1. Last Name of Lead Passegner 
  2. The Airport you will be flying into or out off
  3. Flight number, Airline and Departure Time
  4. Your pick up or drop off location (address of hotel or apartment)
  5. Preferred pick up time

In the case of an airport pick up, your driver will be waiting for you with a sign at the exit gate. The sign will have the last name you indicated on your booking.

  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
  • We have space for up to 10 large suitcases maximum and 7 passengers maximum. 
  • All transfers are private, not shared. 

Once we send you a voucher, transfers are considered confirmed. You may modify or cancel your reservation at any time up to 72 hours between your scheduled pick up time. As this service is booked on an on-request basis, we cannot guarantee availability of this service for any change requests. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please write to us with any changes (significant flight delays or cancelled flights) as soon as you become aware of them.

Excellent, dependable, individually tailored service!

We used EcoArt Travel for transfers to and from the airport in Rome to our lodging in Rome and also used them for many separate requests for information and advice about our trip in Rome and Italy. Further, they partner with the best guide in Rome to the Vatican and Rome. My family of 7 was a beneficiary of their EXCELLENT service! I recommend!

5* Service

We used them both from and to the airport: on the last day the driver was a few minutes early, so he could drive us to the airport with no rush. Everyone at EcoArt's speaks English - and that's not a guarantee everywhere. The car was nice and when we were dropped off at the airport our driver even took our luggage out and made sure we had all the help needed for the check-in.

Excellent booking service

There's no reason why you should prefer a cab instead of a private van. It is a safe, professional, comfortable service - and basically with same price. I reserved online many months in advance writing in chat to Roberta, gave her all the infos of my flight and she did the rest. When I saw the driver outside the arrivals waiting for us I realized Roberta was right: I just needed to prepare my luggage and let her plan the transfer. Her work saved me from a lot of stress. Thank you!

FCO transfers

Would recommend EcoArt transfers to everyone. Helpful staff, comfortable and clean van, perfectly on time, friendly guides and professional driver. No other words needed.

Perfect

We used this service both to and from the airport. Marco the driver met us at arrivals with a clean and luxury car and drove us to our hotel. On the return trip, Marco was perfectly on time, met us outside the hotel, and then drove us to the airport. Perfect service, recommended!
