Where you need a Ciampino airport transfer or a Fiumicino airport transfer, ensure your arrival in Rome is stress-free with a pre-booked Rome airport pick up. 

Our unique "Welcome to Rome" airport transfers include a panoramic drive through Rome. Make the most of your time before checking in to your hotel, and get a first taste of the incredible sights your trip has in store for you. 

Your panoramic welcome drive through Rome lasts 1.5 hours. You'll see the Colosseum & Roman Forum, St. Peter's Basilica from Via della Conciliazione, the Circus Maximus, the Bridge of Angels, Castel Sant'Angelo and more. Want to keep certain sights a surprise? Just let your driver know. We're happy to tailor your itinerary to your needs. Time permitting, you may even stop for a few quick photo opportunities.

Make the very most of your first few hours in Rome by integrating a normally unexciting airport transfer with this special welcome drive through Rome. Pick ups are available for arrivals from both Ciampino & Fiumicino Airports. 

Our luxury Mercedes Van can hold up to 7 passegners. Price is fixed regardless of number of passengers. 

All  Rome airport transfers and welcome drives are booked on an on request basis only and will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving your booking request. In the event that we are unable to honor your booking your card will not be charged and you will be notified. When booking please provide the following information in the 'Special Requirements' field:

  • Last Name of Lead Passegner 
  • The Airport you will be arriving at
  • Flight number, Airline and Departure Time
  • Your pick up or drop off location (address of hotel or apartment)
  • Preferred pick up time


    • Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign at the passenger pick up of the airport you have designated. The sign will have the last name you indicated on your booking.

    We offer the following transfers:

    • Fiumicino to Rome Hotel + 1.5 hour panoramic drive
    • Ciampino to Rome Hotel + 1.5 hour panoramic drive

    Service only for Rome locations located within the Aurelian Walls. If you are unsure whether your pick up or drop off address is located within the Aurelian walls, just contact us and we'd be happy to help!

    • We accept mobile vouchers, no need to carry around extra paper.

    • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
    • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
    • We have space for up to 10 large suitcases maximum and 7 passengers maximum. 
    • Our rome airport transfers are private, not shared. 

    Once we send you a voucher, transfers are considered confirmed. You may modify or cancel your reservation at any time up to 72 hours between your scheduled pick up time. As this service is booked on an on-request basis, we cannot guarantee availability of this service for any change requests. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please write to us with any changes (significant flight delays or cancelled flights) as soon as you become aware of them.

    Servizio straordinario!!!

    La settimana scorsa ho prenotato il mio pick up in aeroporto sul portale di questa giovane ed interessante società. Il servizio è stato ineccepibile. Ho avuto molti consigli da parte di Daniele che mi ha mostrato anche gli altri prodotti che la società vende. Ho colto l'occasione e ho prenotato con loro un Tour ai musei vaticani e ho anche avuto il 20% di sconto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

    We used them both from and to the airport: on the last day the driver was a few minutes early, so he could drive us to the airport with no rush. Everyone at EcoArt's speaks English - and that's not a guarantee everywhere. The car was nice and when we were dropped off at the airport our driver even took our luggage out and made sure we had all the help needed for the check-in.

    Perfect introduction to the city

    We arrived at Ciampino and Marco was waiting us. He drove around for 2hrs before dropping us off at the hotel - we were able to see lots of beautiful sites and have the perfect idea of what we would have visited the following days. Will absolutely use this tour company again!

    Would definitely use again.

    We booked this service based on suggestion from a family friend. They picked us up at the airport with a luxury van and drove us to the hotel, and on the way our driver introduced us to the city, recommended restaurants and gave us tips and suggestions for our holiday. Excellent service.
